My 3Rd Generation Airpods Keep Falling Out

My use of an iPad is simply as an internet appliance. My 3rd generation iPad is glacially slow and can no longer be upddated. With Covid-19 I am now reliant on Zoom and Face Time for connecting with friends and meetings. My new iPad is a perfect match for my needs.

This is my third iPad. My 3rd generation iPad Mini is a digital clock and my 5th generation iPad Mini is still working well. Of course, I would recommend any iPad. I bought mine because my AirPods kept falling out when I took my (Covid)mask off, causing me to ultimately loose a "pod". The Shokz get around that problem nicely. They fit securely and are very comfortable. The sound quality is fine. I like not having something in my ear and appreciate the safety in not having external sounds blocked when walking. My only quibble: I wish there were a couple of more sizes. Mine protrude enough behind my head so that they don't fit well with a knit hat on. Overall, like them a lot.

Moving away from airpods with the hopes of a more comfortable earbud, and I'm very happy with the decision to try these! These fit snugly without falling out, and the sound quality is great. The open-ear concept keeps my ears from hurting after hours of listening

I love my 1st Gen AirPods. They are so well designed and just work great! So great in fact, that I never upgraded to the 2nd Gen AirPods or the AirPods Pro. Now, the time has come for my 1st Gen AirPods to be retired with these new 3rd Gen AirPods. These new AirPods are everything I liked about the AirPods Pro, but better because I didn't want the ear tips. I love how the 1st Gen AirPods felt in my ears and after awhile, I would forget they are even in my ears. Using these new 3rd Gen AirPods for the first time, I noticed a HUGE difference in sound quality. These are on another level over the 1st Gen. They also connect instantly to my iPhone. The 1st Gen was never this fast and sometimes I even had to manually connect them to my iPhone using the Bluetooth settings menu. They feel just as good in the ear as the 1st Gen did and I really like the shorter stems. Overall, I am really impressed with the 3rd Gen AirPods and would highly recommend upgrading if you are still using the 1st Gen AirPods.
