My Apple Earphone Mic Is Not Working

Good quality sound canceling earphone, very comfy to wear in winter works pretty well with apple phones

Hi. I just bought the jump model but the left earphone is not working, only the right. Ihave to fully charge the battery to correct that failure?

Bought mic for my Panasonic HCV-700 HD camcorder. Although my camcorder has no earphone jack, when I plug in the Azden mic, a vu meter appears across the screen. Very Helpful. The mic produces very clear, noiseless sound and picks up well in the direction it's pointed. Mic is neither too small or too big. I noticed no wind rumble with mic used outside, but have not tested it on the beach. Overall excellent and far surpasses the built in mic on my camcorder.

This is my daily go-to headset for amateur radio. Excellent close talking, ambient sound rejecting microphone that matches well to the transceivers. Superlative earphone receivers, with good balance, flat response (I.e. not too much base or treble) and very comfortable, durable headband, earphone pads, and overall construction is solid, and substantial, but lightweight. I purchase replacement earphone pads now and then to keep it looking and feeling like new. Solid, durable replaceable cable. No regrets. Durable and stiff mic boom arm, so it beds to suit when I set it up, but it stays in place while working all day. The whole point is to have the mic in one place all the time - so it is just right - it stays put after you adjust it. I am very satisfied with this headset.

I was looking for a decent mic to use with my iPad for field recording of acoustic instruments and voices. I run a old-time acoustic jam and the iPad allows me to do minor editing on the spot. Had been using conventional xlr mics patched in through the earphone/mic jack, but was getting noise from the jack and background hum which was unacceptable. In shopping around, the MXL Tempo was the best value of mics which work with the iPad camera connection kit USB adapter. The mic works as advertised, right out of the box. No hum, even at high input levels, which means that instruments don't have to be right up on the mic, potentially bumping into it. The on- board earphone jack is handy, but the normal earphone jack on the iPad gives the best proof of recording quality since it is the true output. All around good product. MXL has a winner.

This was a replacement earphone for my Pocket Talker from Williams Sound. I use the device to listen to TV without having to have it blasting everyone out of the house. This earphone allows me to hear every word as clearly as if the people were in the room with me. My hearing aids are not nearly as clear and were way more expensive. I am very pleased with this product and hope to use it for many years. Oh, and the only reason I had to replace it is because I dropped it multiple times and finally stepped on it in the middle of of the night and broke the clip off. My only complaint is that it is so comfortable I often fall asleep with it on.

My previous method for cutting out mic noise was no longer working, saw the video these guys created, followed their steps exactly and all those clicks and pops are gone!

I'm currently working on my Mixtape Album so I use my microphone primarily for vocals. My previous mic got damaged ( behringer C1) and I needed a quick sub $ replacement. Most reviews on forums pointed to this so I gave it a shot. So far I'm happy with it, crisp sound, no noticeable noise and a pretty solid build. Great product.
