My Desktop Computer Is Running Slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My laptop was running pretty slow. Did some research on what I could do without getting a new computer and found I could use a SSD to improve performance. Followed an online guide on how to clone my hard drive to it. It was decently easy for me and I'm by no means a computer guru. I'm running about 3x faster. Glad I did it.

I bought this to replace a GL10CS-DB762 Desktop Tower, so far it runs amazingly well. I typically run Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, & Illustrator) along with 3 - 24 HP Monitors while simultaneously streaming YouTube videos, running Microsoft Outlook and multiple Excel Spreadsheets. I have not noticed any slow down in performance running all of these tasks at the same time. I did immediately add a 2nd 1tb SSD Drive ( Model #WDS100T2X0E). My only concern is that they did not provide the screw (neither ASUS nor the HD Manufacturer) to secure the SN850X to the motherboard, fortunately I had one in my computer parts drawer. Other than that, I'm loving the i9 Processor and 32b RAM (2x16gb chips). My last 3 work computers have all been ASUS ROG and I've had amazing success with each one of them. I would highly recommend buying from BH Photo Video, they shipped my computer the same day and it arrived in perfect condition.

We loaded pictures and all personal files to unload a computer that was running slow. The has given my computer a new life.

Arrived well packaged, and worked nicely when plugged in. It's turned a slow desktop computer - its old hard-drive's time was kept saturated with Windows virus scanning I assume - into a comfortably fast one.

I had a 6-year-old desktop with a regular (legacy) hard disk drive. The desktop was painfully slow when doing anything. After installing the SSD, the desktop instantly sprang to life. It's like a brand-new computer. If anyone has a slow computer, and it has a legacy hard disk, pop an SSD in and you will be amazed by the performance difference.

Ordered this computer to replace a 27” iMac that was dated and running slow. It was a breeze to transfer all my files and all of them worked seamlessly with the new m3 chip. I am amazed at the speed including the start up of this machine. Even though the screen is 3” smaller than my former iMac it is sufficient for the every task. Highly recommend!
