The 225i doesn't require much power to being with, but even I, not being an especially adroit at HiFi tech, easily discerned enhanced performance with the FiiO. I use 2 play 5s in stereo mode in a relatively large room and the sound quality is excellent. I love the fact that you can adjust the volume and skip to next track from any speaker The only fault (if you can call it that) is that the cables provided for both power and network are too short. 5 |

I use in on my iPhone 5s and iPad air 2 with a powered and non powered mono lave mic. If your mic is mono you will need to get mono to sterio adapter for it to work. 5 |

I have an iPhone 5s with a Lifeproof case which is a great combination until you esnt to use the ear phones. The Belkin adapter allows the head phones to be plugged into the power port rather than using the special adapter for the headphone port. 5 |
