My Macbook Air Loses Charge Quickly After Update

I bought this item to backup all my photos and videos while travelling. After each day photo session, I transfer photos and videos from my SDHC card to my MacBook Air. I discard bad shots and do some adjustments for the good ones and store them in Aperture. After that first clean up, I export the working copies to My Passport (original size).That way I keep all the time 3 versions: originals on SDHC cards, good ones after the first sort on MacBook Air (in Aperture) and exported copies on My Passport.I keep My Passport with me all the time. If my laptop is stolen, I'm safe. 5 |

I connected my Canon 5D Mk IV (had to update firmware first) to my MacBook Air (M1), and ran the Canon EOS Utility for tethered shooting. Works great! When in portrait orientation, I use the RRS Cable Relief Spacer attached to the L-bracket, to provide clearance for the cable. 5 |

Easy to set-up on my MacBook. After the initial software update, this back-up drive was a dream to use. Of course, the first back-up took some time, but was extremely fast on subsequent back-ups. Nothing less than I'd expect from Western-Digital. I'm definitely going to purchase a second one for my wife's Mac. 5 |

My 27" IMac and my MacBook Pro are both to old to update anymore and were both getting pretty slow and needed replacing. I used them both for Lightroom and Photoshop and it was getting painful to use them. I ordered the Mac mini (M2) with 24 GB of Ram and 1 TB SSD and it's blowing through my photo editing and cutting my time at the computer by 80%. Love it. Worth every penny. Outstanding choice. 5 |
