My Portable Photo Printer

I received this a few days ago, took a few minutes to set up but for a portable printer it does a good job. i printed a photo on plain paper and it looked nice, i haven't tried using glossy photo paper yet but I'm sure the quality would only be better. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking to get a portable pocket printer to print pictures from my smartphone to put them in my scrapbook. After doing some research, I have decided to try the Instax Square Link Smartphone Printer. What I like about this portable smartphone printer is that it takes less than a minute to print a photo and the battery life is great. The prints are like the size of a wallet photo, it’s like a Polaroid kind of style of photos.

I have used this combo with my PictureMate Charm personal photo lab for sometime. Never once, have I gotten a bad print. The ink, colors pop, the paper is simple the best matte paper on the market. I have used all of the available name brands paper and portable printers, and I have found there is none that comes close to the PictureMate charm and its ink/paper. The high gloss paper in the 200 series is great also, if you prefer a gloss finish. But for professional quality/luster, eye poping colors, semi sheen output, the Matte paper is simply the best. I am a avid user of epsons printers large and small. Their papers and inks are unrivaled. The Epson company just went away from the 200 series product portable lab  printers, for a new portable printer, that really isnt portable. Unlike the 200 series, which has a battery operation capability, the new printer does not.  I tried their new photo portable lab, and while it is good, it does not reach the level of the 200 series printers. Last month alone, I printed 3600 4X6 prints on my 225 charm, all without one failure or bad print. I never had a requirement to clean or adjust/align the printer heads either. Its so good, I havent used my large format printers for 4X6 in months.

A must have for this model portable printer.

My printer uses 564 Photo ink and I cannot find it around here. I love I can get the original HP ink and know it is original from you.

My new Epson photo printer came with starter ink carts. Not much there there. I was worried that disruptions from the global pandemic might put an end to Business As Usual, including my access to ink supplies. Not wanting my new printer to become a mere decoration, I bought the whole set. They sit in a drawer now, awaiting how ever this turns out.

My new Canon Pixma wireless printer delivers superb text and photo output. The fax function is fully featured. The B&H website provided all the information I needed to compare the various printers and make an informed and wise purchase decision.

My old photo printer finally bit the dust. I use this paper with a Workforce 610 printer. Not quite a photo printer but this paper makes the printed photos look fantastic. I've always used the Epson paper and have never been disappointed.

My wife and I just started our photo booth business.� Having to carry around our RX1 printer was nerve racking, especially when having to worry about dropping it between events.� I finally decided to buy a case and found that Odyssey made one specific for the RX1 printer.� I've been using it a little over 1 week now and no longer have to worry about damaging the printer during transport.� The only thing I wish this came with is a small tray or drawer that fits in the open space under where the printer goes.� I currently leave my cables in the case during transport but sometimes the cables get lodged in the center and I need to use something to push them out.� Either way, the case is great and does what its supposed to do.
