The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! Connecting it to Bluetooth was an easy and smooth experience. The sticker grips help them keep the mouse where they want it. They like how the mouse feels like it works instantly.

I have a fleet of these in half a dozen always-on Synology NAS devices, the first going online 4 years ago. My latest, a tiny 923+, accepted these without complaint. They may outlast my NAS devices, in which case it would be better to move them to competitor devices to remain supported, as the drives in my NAS devices cost much more than the devices themselves. Silly Synology & their nagware. You'd think they were bought out by a financial firm like SonicWall or hired in a CEO with only an accounting degree, ala Boeing. Yes, I've heard their flimsy excuses. They really must think the rest of us can't.

I'm a college instructor teaching online, and so have to present a professional appearance via video feeds. My students notice right away that I was providing superior audio when I switch to this microphone, instead of using the microphone built into my Logitech camera. My recorded content posted online sounds clear and radio quality professional. All, without breaking the bank.
