You really do get what you pay for. I needed a monitor arm for my CHG90 samsung monitor and initially tried the loctek D7L which some users had had luck with for this monitor. Unfortunately, it couldn't hold the weight and broke when trying to add resistance to the vertical tilt mechanism. All roads led me to this ergotron monitor arm which is rated for up to 42lbs. Although this was double the price of the loctek, it was worth it. The build quality is exceptional - it feels very durable and well made, while also looking very nice rather than too industrial. Adding and removing tension is extremely easy and assembling this arm was a piece of cake. My monitor weighs in around 26lbs without the stand give or take and this stand has absolutely no issues staying where I set it after setting the tension properly. Form, function and aesthetic are great. My only small complaint would be that I wish bottom arm could swivel 360 degrees instead of 180, and I wish the arm fully extended to be slightly longer, but these are minor complaints. I would recommend this to anyone with a heavier monitor and I wish I had went with this unit sooner. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually use My monitor for gaming and computer use. Samsung monitors never disappoint. The color clarity, reliability, and ease of use. They make the best monitors hands down. Long time Samsung owner. Between their TV's I have purchased for years, and phones since my first s7 Edge. There great! 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE SAMSUNG PRODUCTS. WONDERMENT WHEN WE REPLACED OUR CLOTHES DRYER/WASHER, FRIG, ALL HOUSE TV'S, CELL PHONES AND TABLETS TO SAMSUNG. WHAT COULD BE BETTER? OUR 32" SAMSUNG MONITOR WHY I CHERISH THIS MONITOR.LET ME FACT THE WAYS. WEIGHT - FEATHER LIGHT DESIGN - ITS A STATIONARY MASTERPIECE. A WORK OF ART IF YOU WILL. i GET COMPLIMENTS WHENEVER FRIENDS OR FAMILY VISIT MY STUDY DESIGN 1 - IT IS SO THIN. BEAUTIFUL TO THE EYE AND STILL AMAZED HOW THEY PACKED ALL THAT TECHNO STUFF INSIDE! THE MONITOR - NOT A TECH GUY HOWEVER i INSTALLED THE MONITOR ALL BY MYSELF. MY BELOVED MONITOR IS PAST INCREDIBLE. IT FAR EXCEEDS ANY OF MY EXPECTATIONS. EVERYTHING COMES TO LIFE! I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH CLARITY AND PRECISION LIKE THIS. THE 32" LANDSCAPE IS OH SO NICE WHEN YOU WANT MULTIPLE WINDOWS UP. i RUN MICROSOFT WIN 10. i FOUND FINE TUNING EASY TO DO. OH i ALSO LIKE THE ABSENCE OF no heat . TURN ON MY DESKTOP AND THE MONITOR COMES TO LIFE QUICKLY. NO LAG, NO ISSUES. PURCHASED THIS 1 YEAR AGO AND NEVER LOOKED BACK. i RECOMMEND THIS MONITOR NOT JUST FOR GAMING. IT IS TRULY GREAT FOR ANY FORM OF COMPUTING, BAR NONE. I ALSO WANT TO THANK THOSE TALENTED ENGINEERS AND DESIGNERS WHO BROUGHT THIS MONITOR TO LIFE. THANK YOU SAMSUNG! 5 |

My previous monitor was a 60 Hz Samsung gaming, 1/2 the price of this one, but I can certainly tell the difference, both externally and picture wise. The bezels are super thin (except on bottom), easily adjusted without tools to tilt forward/backward, rotate 90 degrees, raise and lower. My Samsung had none of those features. The games look glorious and the RGB backlight, while not very bright, is a nice touch. The base is very heavy, so this thing is not toppling over easily when rotated as well. I would purchase again. 5 |

My 2 Dell 23 monitors were on the fritz, so I went with this 32 (well, 31.5) Samsung monitor. It's a GREAT upgrade for my usage style. I'm not much of a gamer, but I think this would still be a good relatively inexpensive monitor to play most games outside of the top tier game titles. 5 |

With a limited budget, I wanted to up my gear. While happy with a Sigma Contemporary 150-600, the differences to the Sport are subtle, but totally noticeable. 1) Contrast. The color contrast on the Sport is more lush that what I was getting on the Contemporary. 2) Micro-Detail. As a bird / nature photographer, I am getting better micro-detail from the Sports. It's the little details that pop. 3) Sharpness. Minimal, but also better. 4) Weather Sealing. Not that I'm out jumping around in puddles. I worry far less when my rig gets some drizzle, or if I'm shooting shore birds at the beach with the Contemporary acting as a dust pump. The downside to the Sport. 1) It's 2 + pounds heavier. If you shoot free-hand, be ready to put on some muscle. Break even points from the Sports and the Contemporary - 1) AF speed is about the same. I don't notice a faster acquisition on the Sports. 2) Light still needs to be the same. If it's grey out, the net shooting results will be the same for both lenses. In the end. I'm VERY happy with my purchase of the Sports. It's a keeper for my nature photography. 5 |
