My laptop had a 2TB Samsung EVO 970 plus system drive and I bought this WD black to put in a USB enclosure. But before I did, I ran Crystal Disk Mark on the Samsung, cloned the system to this drive and ran it again on this drive. My laptop is only PCI 3 so I wasn't expecting the stated performance, and no surprise it didn't make those numbers. But it did perform a little better than the Samsung and ran a bit cooler also. So I kept this WD black as the system drive and wiped the Samsung and put that one in the USB enclosure. Now it's a few weeks later and so far so good. 5 |

The way it folds back is so great ergonomically allowing so much more comfort using my laptop at the desk. When turning in at night makes a great desk situation relaxing in bed. Oh and can’t wait to use it with my camera bags. I don’t think I’m even going to take my computer out of it! 5 |

I bought this laptop looking for a balance of power and battery life without turning everything off. It is used for university classes, tutorials, and videos. I can go from 9:30am to 5:30pm without reaching for my charger. I would recommend it to anyone looking for that Cinderella laptop of weight, ruggedness, performance and battery life. 5 |

No, it is not a Hyperon, but just about.When you kick in the $ it is way better.My only complaint, if I have to have one would be that it is not as smooth when turning the zoom ring. I guess my best testimonial would be, I bought 3. One for general use, 2 for bino.Get while you can, they will not be around long. 5 |
