My Samsung Laptop Screen Is Upside Down
Win | 2024-06-16 06:33:39 |
I bought the i7 version with 32 gig of RAM. Build quality is excellent. Very lightweight for the performance. Runs cooler than any laptop I have ever owned. My one complaint is the lack of dedicated Page Up/Down Home and End keys. You have to press a function key in combination with one of the four cursor arrow keys to move up or down quickly. My 2020 HP Spectre X360 is almost exactly the same size as the Dragonfly, yet HP managed to fit dedicated Home, End and Page Up/Down keys on the keyboard. For a high end laptop like the Dragonfly, it's inexplicable that they could not fit dedicated versions of these four frequently used keys on the keyboard. Other than this one issue, the laptop is fast and a perfect travel companion. The built in full size HDMI port is a nice touch for connecting an external monitor or projector. The touchpad is responsive and accurate. Battery life is great so far. Despite my one complaint about the keyboard, I would buy it again, but for this price, one expects perfection, not almost perfection. 5 |

My laptop had a 2TB Samsung EVO 970 plus system drive and I bought this WD black to put in a USB enclosure. But before I did, I ran Crystal Disk Mark on the Samsung, cloned the system to this drive and ran it again on this drive. My laptop is only PCI 3 so I wasn't expecting the stated performance, and no surprise it didn't make those numbers. But it did perform a little better than the Samsung and ran a bit cooler also. So I kept this WD black as the system drive and wiped the Samsung and put that one in the USB enclosure. Now it's a few weeks later and so far so good. 5 |

The screen is great. But, I accidentally put it on upside down. When I took it off to turn it around, I got a few specs of dust under the cover. What should I do???? 5 |

Once I figured out that I was installing the screen upside down, it worked great. Nice compact folding screen that has a nice modern look. Would buy it again. 5 |

I BOUGHT ONE OF THE ROUND CHROME HOLDERS 1ST AND WAS COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED. I NEEDED ON IN MY TRUCK SO I TRIED THIS ON AND THE WAY THIS ONE IS DESIGNED IT HOLDS THE WEIGHT OF MY PHONE WITH NO PROBLEM. THE OTHER ONE WOULD LET MY PHONE DROP , IN OTHER WORDS WHEN THE PHONE WAS CONNECTED TO THE BALL IT WOULD SLID DOWN. THIS ON HOLDS IT IN PLACE. I HAD A LITTLE BIT OF A TIME GETTING THE STICK PAD TO STICK TO MY DASH BUT AFTER HOLDING IT DOWN SO IT MADE SOLID CONTACT WITH DASH IT STUCK TO THE DASH FINE. GREAT PRODUCT. BUY IT YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR PURCHASE. 5 |

My ASUS ZenScreen MB166C is perfect for when I'm traveling with my laptop and want all the efficiencies related to working with a second screen. Love that it easily fits into my laptop computer bag. This portable monitor's resolution is way better than my Dell Latitude screen! Highly recommend. 5 |
Standing Desk Person | 2024-09-14 05:42:23 |
I spent a couple hours trying to pick the best one of these folding-leg stands before selecting this one. Now I have it so I want to help other buyers make an informed decision. My need was for a stand to hold my keyboard and trackpad while standing in front of a screen raised up on a pneumatic arm. My five-star rating is for my use and I note where people with other needs might have a different experience.* The platform is metal, sturdy, attractive. I prefer the holes to the fans that some other trays have because I don't have a laptop on it. The platform can be used with either side 'up' and the depth of the lip is a little different on each side which is good for different kinds of uses. (I use the side which most people would probably call the 'bottom', according to the illustrations on the web page.)* The legs are the exact same plastic legs found on many other models from other brands. Each joint swivels all the way around and locks tightly in place. I can imagine them being a bit annoying for people who want to change the angles frequently but my use does not require me to do that; I just set it and forget it, so I didn't mark the rating down for that.* I can imagine a person who puts a laptop on this might be annoyed by the screen jiggling during typing, although my guess is that this model is no more or less jiggly than any other. In any case the jiggling is not a problem in my setup so I did not mark down the rating for this.* I specifically chose this model because its legs are longer than other models. I am tall (6'5\) so I needed a tray which would reach up to my hands when I stood in front of my desk. I am pleasantly surprised to say that this one is more than tall enough 5 |
