My Verizon Wireless App For Ipad

This unit is much easier to balance and set up. It always hard to set up the DJI App. but it could be my Verizon/Samsung Phone system. I like the light weight of the gimbal with mt Z6ii. Will try it with my Zf in the future.

I use this with my iPad while I run my Red Code app.

My old Samsung phone was starting to malfunction so I needed to find a replacement. I am a very basic conservative smartphone user so I was only looking for a basic, affordable and dependable phone. I think I found it in this 128 gig Pixel 3 that was on sale for $200.00. I won't review particular details about the phone because I don't feel qualified to do so, there are online reviews for that. I can can inform you that the phone is brand new in the factory sealed factory box. I bought the Verizon unlocked model and it was supplied with a Sim Card. However, while activating the phone online with Verizon I was directed to remove the new Sim Card and replace it with the card from my old phone. All went well and I didn't have to wait in line at a Verizon store to activate it. I paired the phone with the Spigen Tough Armor case which I like very much.

it works great with the teleprompt app on an ipad

very easy to use! the software choice is the harder one to figure out and also use. but the Glide Gear for Ipad is perfect! My Ipad wiggled without the case underneath it. So just kept the case on and no problems! I used my iphone to control the speed using Teleprompter Premium. The key is to have the ipad app loaded and turned on first then turn on iphone app and all works well.   SmartPrompt Pro is a voice activated app that sounds great in theory, but it jumps rather than scrolls smoothly and the font is too small for older speakers' eyes. Also, being voice activated, you need to make sure the ipad mic picks up clearly or the screen can freeze. To fix that you have to attach a wired mic that feeds into the ipad. So until they fix those three problems, will stay with Teleprompter Premium.  I even bought a spare mirror for $30 since I do field shoots and need to have a backup just in case. I put a arca clamp on the camera screw that is shown beneath the Glide gear plate and this allows me to do quick camera switch/lense changes. For $200 can't go wrong!

I have a RØDE Wireless Go (wireless microphone) that I use with my iPhone, iPad, DJI Osmo Pocket, and Nikon Z6 camera. As versatile as it is, I also wanted to be able to use it with my RØDECaster Pro and my Zoom H6, both of which have XLR jacks to record individual audio tracks. That’s where this RØDE VXLR+ comes in — it just allows me to connect a mic with a TRS jack to an XLR input. It’s basic, and it works. RØDE makes great products, including this one.
