Replaced a 6 year old linksys wireless router with this unit. My first time with a mesh system. Setup was very easy. All devices connected quickly. Internet throughput is so much better with this unit. I am using Verizon 5G home internet with this router. Getting nearly 300 mbps download consistently. I get a strong wifi signal all over my house (3300 sq ft) and outside. I am very happy with this unit. 5 |

This is my first ASUS router. I wish I had started with it! I had always used TP-Link. I started with a refurbished TP-Link-AX11000 (2.4GHz dropped out at random). Returned that and bought a NEW TP-Link AX10000. Experienced the same exact problem. Long story. The ASUS GT-AX11000 will not disappoint. I've had it for 6 weeks without a single issue. Super easy to setup. Love the ability to add custom pictures for the clients. Top notch equipment. My computer's MB is an ASUS, so no big surprise. Like I said...I wish I had started with it! My network has wired computers, wired TV\firesticks, wireless smart switches, and wireless camera. My camera frame rate is maxed out now without loss of quality. Thank You ASUS! 5 |

I was having issues with my smart devices and streaming HDTV. My wireless system was only giving me about 100 Mbps even though my cable internet was 800 Mbps. I looked into buying faster internet and discovered if I I wanted the cable company’s top speed of 1.2 Gbps, I needed a new modem. I purchased the latest and greatest cable modem, which was one model newer and capable of 2.5 Gbps. My internet speed didn’t get better. So, I decided to replace my wireless router. I researched the wireless routers available. The three key areas I concentrated on were the WAN connection speed, coverage and wireless specifications included. The ASUS ZenWiFi Pro ET12 was the best in all three categories and the only router I found that had all three top of the line specifications. WAN - 2.5 Gbps Wireless - WiFi 6E Home Coverage - One router and one node replaced one router and five nodes. My coverage is better with less nodes. All my smart devices and my streaming HDTV are working great and I’m getting 950 Mbps internet speed. Smartest upgrade I’ve made. 5 |

Yes it works. I did the research. No disconnects or problems. Perfecto. But geez, the design is a terrible rectangle with ribbing. I really dont get how all these video and web reviewers say the design looks great. Downside: Very crowded layout in the back. My cables are all crowded together. I wish the OWC Thunderbolt Dock had better reviews so I could get a cleaner cable layout and better looking piece of equipment. My Gear: - MacBook Pro 13 2017 Touch Bar - OWC Thunderbay TB2 - Apple LED Cinema Display 5 |

I was using the router that was supplied by the provider but there were certain areas in my home where the wifi connection was really weak and would go in and out frequently. Since i have purchased the RT-BE88U the signal strenght throughtout the house is much better and in the areas where the signal was weak it is much stronger and consistent. Very satisfied and confident with the unit. 5 |

I bought this router to replace my Archer C7 as I frequently losing wifi (particularly annoying on my TV). I'm extremely happy with this new RT2600 - I haven't had a single drop. No more kids yelling that youtube isn't working again dad! And the icing on the cake, this router has one of the best stock UIs I've seen. I was easily able to setup port forwarding, DHCP address reservation, and custom DNS servers. The only con is the price (since my previous router was ~$70) but this is clearly a higher quality, more powerful product. I highly recommend it. 5 |
