I was contemplating purchasing one of those Name Brand sports cameras that look almost identical to this for my snowboarding trip this past week. I am VERY pleased with my purchase of the SJ4000, at 1080p the color rendition and video Quality are indistinguishable from videos shot with cameras costing 4x as much! I had to adjust the exposure slightly for bright sunshine but Other than that I am extremely pleased. I haven't figured out the audio capture and how to shoot more than 3-4 minute file sizes. I suggest downloading the app for your phone or tablet it makes downloading files wireless and control of settings a lot easier than UI on the camera.

Great for professional cameras!

I've had 10 different digital cameras. I've done professional video and stills throughout my working life. My G9II (and Gh6) is the best camera I've ever used. The AF on the G9II for BIF and sports is extremely good. The video is a professional grade documentary or B roll cinema camera. Pair it with Panasonic PL grade lenses and it becomes a tool with which you can do your best work. The handheld hires is amazing.

I do professional videography but I started out years ago shooting on a Pentax K1000 film camera. I bought the a6000 primarily for shooting video with a large sensor camera. This camera is fantastic. At around $500 there is nothing that comes close in features and it has a aps C sensor which is found in 90% of all dslr and mirrorless cameras. I’ve seen canon 1” sensor point ant shoot cameras for hundreds more. I shoot low light wedding videos on this camera and the video looks fantastic. It also shoots video in Sony’s xavc 50 mbps format which is found on Sony cameras and pro camcorders costing thousands more. This small camera is a beast!

We purchased these headsets for use in monitoring audio from professional quality video cameras. The headset is very comfortable and the quality of the audio is excellent.

I just got this lens and am very happy with the results. I own many cameras as a professional video and still shooter and I shoot with this lens on my GH4 and really like the DOF control I can achieve with this lens and the images are really great and can finally compare to full frame cameras if you are an experienced shooter you will love this lens it's extremely well made and sharp but be sure to get a variable ND for ultimate control!!
