Purchased this after another video buddy of mine told me to look into it over the one I was looking at (not to name any names, but it rhymes with metal-chrome). I love that I do not have to use an app on my phone to use it. Super easy to setup. I've been using it primarily to act as a second cameraman for interview setups (no timelapses yet) and it's been pretty dang flawless. Just be aware, the case that the Ultimate Slider Bundle comes in is MASSIVE. But it really does come with everything you need. I've paired mine with 2 kupo slider stands for some rock-solid moves. I don't know what our camera + lens + cage + matte box + monitor weigh, but the Arc II head can easily handle it. Take a look at the photos, it's not a light setup. I think I might order an extra sled and extra ends so that I can have the full-length slider and shorter carbon fiber one ready to go without having to do any additional changeovers. 5 |
