Nasa Mechanical Pencil Lead Size Shuttle

Great lead supply for my mechanical pencil. These are very thick and so far, not a single has broken even when I extend a bit. Very happy with these lead refills.

I began video editing in the waning days of tape-to-tape editing when we used huge (by today's standards) mechanical editing systems. I don't miss those days at all... with one exception.The mechanical systems I used all included something called a jog-shuttle wheel that enabled you to easily move forward and backward in your footage either frame-by-frame, or at user-controlled continuously-variable speeds. I've used several digital video editing programs that attempt to simulate the function of a jog-shuttle wheel using mouse controls to manipulate an on-screen representation of the jog-shuttle. The effect is NOTHING like an actual jog-shuttle control.I cannot begin to describe how much of a productivity boost this device gives you. The five-button layout (buttons can either be custom programmed by you, or you can choose a default set of button behaviors), great design, and heavy, no-slip construction enable to sit it off to the side and use it without even looking at it.This device give you a degree of control when navigating your video timeline that you may never have experienced before.

Essential to remove stuck filters... A tip... Use a lead pencil on the threads of the filter before installing. The layer of pencil lead acts like a lubricant and makes removal so much easier.

These are on the NASA approved site, so I feel very confident in using them. They are sturdy and very well made, not at all flimsy. Size is adjustable too, can bend arms for different size heads. Thanks for a great product at a very reasonable price!

I originally wanted the full size Contour Design but decided I would do just as well with the 5 programable buttons and the same combo of jog wheel and spring loaded rotary control on the Shuttle Xpress. I got it for non linear video editing and discovered I could use it for DAW software and a long list of softwares and applications. The Xpress version compared to its larger model simply is smaller with less buttons to program tasks to. It works great and set up after a quick download of the easy to use driver. This design works well portably and on a office desktop. I would recommend this product and to purchase at B&H Photo to save money and to get thie Shuttle Xpress sooner than popular competitors.

These bags are small in size so I add lead shot to the sand to greatly increase their weight. I have 10 bags that I've used this way for 15+ years. The stitches on one bag finally let go, so I re-ordered more. The pouch is double-zippered for a better seal. I've not had any leakage in any of my bags. Another great feature is the buckle on the strap/handle. This allows it to be buckled over a base or upright for added security. I also own the other larger sizes and mix lead shot in with the ballast sand. They are very heavy and work great when flying butterflies and hanging large backgrounds.

For those doing studio work the title 'Wall Plate' may lead a person to be looking for walls. However, this Avenger plate is really more that something you hang on a wall and look at, that is a photo. This plate allows the exteremely popular 5/8 system to be converted into the more common in movies, the C-Stand system. This plate seems to be the last size of this function available from Avenger. A slightly smaller size would also useful.
