I often record in my apartment or at the studio where I work - there is a ton of background noise like traffic, air conditioners, and creaky floors. The high pass filter for perfect for filtering those consistent background hums. Of course, a little fancy editing too. Arrived right in the delivery window, customer service from B&H is great as always.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a lifesaver especially during the summer when everyone is blasting their fans and air conditioners and risking outages. I’ve had my power go out multiple times in a span of a week and I had enough time to save everything I needed to. The size also helps as my small apartment is already pretty cramped.

I needed to get equipment off my neck for comfort and to allow air under my collar. This holds my Nikon Monarch binoculars and Canon Powershot camera nicely. It is comfortable and reasonably priced. I have tried another harness, but as a woman, I found it very uncomfortable over my breasts. This one sits in the right place. Others, I know, are more costly. This fit the bill.

I was surprised by how well this strap works for me. I loved every aspect of my new Olympus E-M1 Mk2 except for the strap which came with the camera. In all honesty, if I wanted a camera strap which just suspended the camera in front of me the nice wide factory strap would have been outstanding, however, I prefer to carry my camera on my side with the strap slung over my left shoulder. I researched various straps for this purpose and found many utilized an attachment point on the tripod mount hole--that wasn't for me as I tend to use prime lenses, and need to put my camera down when switching one focal length for another or just rummage through my camera bag for something. Yes, I could always place my camera on its back, but I prefer the freedom to place it down in whatever is most convenient for me. The Air Strap was one of the designs which used the existing strap eyelets on my camera, which was what I was looking for. I was a bit leery of purchasing a strap so inexpensive, as I wondered about the quality; however I found that Air Strap was actually quite solidly constructed: the quick detach buttons were very sturdy/secure and the strap materials were as good as you'd find on a backpack from EMS. But the best part of the strap is the foam neck pad. It's amazingly comfortable. It's not just a straight piece of polyurethane foam; rather it's contoured so that the middle (where it rides against your neck) is slightly narrower than the ends of the pad; the polyurethane foam padding is perforated so that it breathes and is encased in elastic mesh which allows it to slide effortlessly over your shoulder/neck. Though I'm not carrying a full-frame camera/lens, my typical setup still weighs better than 2 pounds, yet with this strap I barely feel a thing even during day-long shoots. For me, that's what a camera strap is supposed to do.

I have had a number of Furman power conditioners in the past 30 years. The pl has always been my favorite. I have had some cheaper power conditioners also and they are not conditioners whatsoever. All they are.. are exaggerated power strips.. and when you pick them up you will see the weigh less than a pound.. because most of the electronics are missing in the chassis. Not so with the Furman units. Furman units are very heavy because they have actual electronics in them like filters and other things that are going to be making sure the power is conditioned correctly. They shut down upon overload and the filter make sure there is no buzz or hum in the line. You cannot go wrong with a PL plus and B&H has the lowest price in the country!!

Yes, power conditioners are boring. If you only have a laptop and an audio interface, you may even feel they are unnecessary. However, once you get more gear, you definitely need clean power to supply it all. If you have operated without one, and then add one in, it can clean up things that you did not fully notice before. I already use one of these, but I had to get another for a second gear set I'm building.

We've been buying Furman power conditioners for years and really like them. The voltmeter is really handy, and this unit has helped us with the dirty power issues we have in our building.

Great power conditioners. I use the PCO880 for all my 10+ audio equipment racks and also for our Audio/Video computer workstations and home theater setup. I love the low price, excellent workmanship, lighted on/off switch and attractive design.
