This printer is absolutely fantastic out of the box. My first printer (Elegoo Neptune 2s) took me hours of work to get calibrated, and lots of fiddling every single time I used it. This is very close to plug and play. I've made some minor adjustments to my slicer settings, but my first prints were really good with all default settings. The bed size is perfect if you're into cosplay, I'm printing wearable helmets and armor parts in one piece. It's extremely fast while still giving great quality. Prints that would have taken over 24 hours on my last printer are about half the time on this. You might see some negative reviews from the first batch of these that Creality released, but all of those early issues seem to be fixed. 5 |
