Nest Camera Outdoor Wire

Brilliant "smart" doorbell. Initially I wanted an outdoor camera at my front door, but the Nest Hello's image quality made it a perfect alternative, plus you get all the added benefits of a smart doorbell. Set up is a little more involved but easy with the instructions. The app is intuitive and powerful. A Nest Aware subscription is a must however.

Very simple to install. The connection to the wifi is simple. Now I feel that my house has a more balanced heating system. My concern was whether my heating system would have the problem of having to add the famous c wire. Although my system is old, the Nest thermostat did not need the c wire. Then I learned that only a minimum of computers need to add the c wire for Nest to work.

I tried the nest. Ran new C wire and kept getting low battery warnings and left me unable to change temp on app. Connected ecobee with same wiring and NO ISSUES. I saw some reviews and saw this seemed to be a common issue with the nest. DO NOT LOOK ELSEWHERE. Ecobee and it's sensors make every room comfortable.

I have 3 Nest IQ Outdoor cameras and have just installed the Nest Hello Doorbell. The products are all excellent in quality. My only issue is the lag time from actual movement to the time I get notification. There seems to be a considerable time from real time to notification. I have the highest speed internet available so not sure where the problem lies. Any ideas on how to improve this?

I have the Nest indoor, outdoor, thermostat and now Hello. The Hello is my fav. of all of these. Has bombproof performance, is adjustable with a good variety of user settings, and was easy to install. Zero complaints.

We have Nest indoor and outdoor cameras and because they were so easy to install and use, when we were looking at getting a video doorbell, we wanted to wait for the Hello to come out. The installation was easy and got set up with the app in minutes. Video quality is very good. It has been a month since we installed it and so far so good.

It looks nice. It installed easily. The bevel works great. Seamless addition to the outdoor Nest cameras.

Nice camera , similar to the nest but at a lower price. I would definitely be buying more.

It is perfect for my outdoor activities with my camera.

I needed a hdmi wire shirt enough from the monitor to camera and this is perfect.
