Got this to extend the range on my wireless modem for my security cameras. So far I love it!!

I replaced a very old thermostat with this one and it was very easy to install. It works well with the nest app (I already have the security system, cameras, Yale X Nest door lock, Nest Detect smoke detector, blah blah) so it was an easy addition for me into the app. My MIL lives with us and is home all day and tends to turn the heat up very high and while I’m at work there is nothing I can do about it. Well those days are over!!! Right back to 68 degrees with a few clicks!! Hope to see a big difference in my public service bill!!

We’re transitioning our home from the Nest ecosystem and have to say that the 3 new ecobee cameras are very much an upgrade. The mic and sound quality is far far better and I have been able to communicate with my kids when the occasion called for it. Resolution is also amazing and functionality is seamless with Apple HomeKit which was a major factor for our decision to move over. My only hope is that they will become Siri compatible (like the Ecobee thermostat) soon and will bring our smart home to the next level.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve experimented with many cameras in my home: blink, nest, etc. The ecobee is by far my favorite. The sleek and powerful design really is a nice aesthetic. It was extremely streamlined to set up and use.

I use this product to support a home video security system. I have 5 wireless G videocameras streaming live video from throughout my home. This is a budget setup and this router fit the bill perfectly. The router is constantly running at near wireless capacity as far as throughput. I use it on WPA2 b/g/n without issues. I gave it 5 stars because considering the cost and the benefits, I believe it is 5 stars. If this cost more, it would be 3 stars.

Have nothing bad to say at all and I can say it was super simple to get setup can’t wait until I start adding security cameras to my home thank you lorex with the great products and customer service with any issues it’s always handled

I have a total of 5 cameras on this system up and running on the Lorex Smart Home Security Center . It is "basically " straight forward to get them running..... but not easy. you need to have passwords for each and identifying "names' of each. It is best to have all this info in a note on your phone so you can copy and paste it later in all the needed locations rather than figure out each one in real time
