I have 3 Nest IQ Outdoor cameras and have just installed the Nest Hello Doorbell. The products are all excellent in quality. My only issue is the lag time from actual movement to the time I get notification. There seems to be a considerable time from real time to notification. I have the highest speed internet available so not sure where the problem lies. Any ideas on how to improve this?

We have Nest indoor and outdoor cameras and because they were so easy to install and use, when we were looking at getting a video doorbell, we wanted to wait for the Hello to come out. The installation was easy and got set up with the app in minutes. Video quality is very good. It has been a month since we installed it and so far so good.

I replaced a very old thermostat with this one and it was very easy to install. It works well with the nest app (I already have the security system, cameras, Yale X Nest door lock, Nest Detect smoke detector, blah blah) so it was an easy addition for me into the app. My MIL lives with us and is home all day and tends to turn the heat up very high and while I’m at work there is nothing I can do about it. Well those days are over!!! Right back to 68 degrees with a few clicks!! Hope to see a big difference in my public service bill!!

We’re transitioning our home from the Nest ecosystem and have to say that the 3 new ecobee cameras are very much an upgrade. The mic and sound quality is far far better and I have been able to communicate with my kids when the occasion called for it. Resolution is also amazing and functionality is seamless with Apple HomeKit which was a major factor for our decision to move over. My only hope is that they will become Siri compatible (like the Ecobee thermostat) soon and will bring our smart home to the next level.

Have nothing bad to say at all and I can say it was super simple to get setup can’t wait until I start adding security cameras to my home thank you lorex with the great products and customer service with any issues it’s always handled

I have a total of 5 cameras on this system up and running on the Lorex Smart Home Security Center . It is "basically " straight forward to get them running..... but not easy. you need to have passwords for each and identifying "names' of each. It is best to have all this info in a note on your phone so you can copy and paste it later in all the needed locations rather than figure out each one in real time
