Netgear 54 Mbps Wireless Print Server

I pay for 100 Mbps from my Internet server, but with my old Motorola modem, I was only receiving around 30 Mbps. The new Netgear modem now, at times, hits 110 Mbps! The speed, and Wifi capabilities have increased exponentially! I would highly recommend this modem to everyone! 5 |

My WiFi made me love it again...my new Netgear Powerline 2000 Mbps kicked my speed up to where it should be. I can now support all my connected devices and my WiFi spreads outside to my security cameras. Extremely happy! 5 |

Bought this to replace Netgear R7000 that overheated last summer- all my equipment is in my unheated/uncooled garage. I picked this router for its temperature rating to 122F, otherwise I could have gotten ER-X. My plan from Spectrum is 200/20, I just tested the speed wirelessly, using older Samsung tablet and got between 140-170 Mbps, using 3 different test sites. My wireless is done by 2 Unifi APs. Wired speed was over 200 Mbps. Even though the manufacturer's instructions for setting this router up are not clear (for me, anyway), there are a few videos on YouTube. I am not an IT person but I had it up and running in about 15-20 min. 5 |

Oh Yeah! Paying for 250 Mbps getting 350 Mbps on xfinity in Southwest Florida. Connected to my Netgear Nighthawk 7000 AC 1900 with no issues what so ever. Calm very dim green light. Built in stand with no wall mounting options but that's OK. Best price at B&H 5 |

I will start by saying that my ISP is Vyve Broadband. I carried my rented cable modem along with my new Netgear DOCSIS 3.1 High Speed 32x8 Cable Modem (CM1000) out to the local Vyve Broadband office. They pulled up my account and removed the rented cable modem, the added my Netgear cable modem information that is required for activation. I changed my internet service to the 200 Mbps plan. After returning home I hooked up my new Netgear CM1000 cable modem, the cable to its input and a short CAT6 cable from the WAN connection to my Netgear router WAN port. I powered on the devices and the modem and router went to work, with various lights blinking. It took only about 5 minutes and the cable modem had set itself up completely and with the Netgear router. I logged in to the cable modem to have a look at the stats. I then went to a speed test sight which showed that my download was 211 Mbps and upload 20 Mbps. All of my PCs, router, switch and access point connect at 1000 Mbps instead of the 100 Mbps that it used to. Am I satisfied and happy with this purchase??? You better believe it. 5 |

Recently upgraded my internet from 200-400 mbps from Spectrum. Early speed tests had different numbers from different devices (hardwired or wifi). Spoke with Netgear support and they helped me troubleshoot the issues. I know doing this was a process, but it was worth it (40 min later). It drastically changed the numbers and now consistently have the same numbers at near 500 mbps (hardwired), a little over 450 (wifi), upload at a constant 23. Keep in mind I use the Netgear router R6700axs. Great pair together. Now my streaming on all platforms are always clear, no lagging. Have had this for 2 weeks. So far so good. 5 |

Like always. I'm never disappointed with netgear products. Got a 300 mbps internet package and this modem works seamlessly. Overall great product. 5 |
