The Netgear WiFi Mesh Range Extender EX6250 was very easy to install and it did exactly what I needed it to do; extend the coverage of my Spectrum Router.

I bought this to replace a 10-year-old Netgear NAS and was concerned that it would be more difficult to set up than the older box. The software was easy to navigate, setup was pretty foolproof with greater flexibility than my old (now obsolete) Netgear box. My only criticism is that the box itself has no LED screen to display status/IP address, etc, but the software allows you to assign an alias for the box that survives IP address changes, so the absent screen is not an issue on my very simple home network.

The extender setup was a breeze. It connected easily to my home network. It has extended the range of the WiFi significantly to the other end of the house. This sure beats the cheap knock-off I bought, which never was able to connect properly.

These work great. Outperforms even a Netgear AC1200. I will buy again!

I really like the Synology NAS! Setup was easy, I just watched a YouTube video and I was set. It appeared on my home network and I was able to begin copying files to it right away. Pro tip: Assign an IP address to the MAC address in your home router so it has the same IP address for the rest of its life.

initial setup looks promising — much less frustrating to spin up AV/IP network for media production business using Netgear’s AV line compared to the nightmare I went through fighting with Ubiquiti’s enterprise switches. Sidenote — Netgear’s AV support team is a secret hidden in plain sight as a dedicated premium support channel which we’d otherwise expect to pay for from other vendors. Really impressed in the investment being made by the top @ Netgear — I’ll continue purchasing in the future if so.
