Decided to cut the cord and cut the rental. After having a netgear nighthawk router with no problems I stayed with the netgear family. This modem works great after cutting the cord and getting rid of rental equipment. I had to have cable company install due to cable company error while Installing over the phone. 5 |

I’ve owned the Netgear Nighthawk CM1000 for 7 years. It performed very well over the years, but recently was not keeping up with the latest speed enhancements from my cable provider. It was a no-brainer to stay with Nergear and upgrade to the CM2000. Set-up was extremely easy. The new cable modem has performed extremely well. My speeds have increased significantly. Even with the same router, I am getting much better performance. I will get a little more life out of my router with the new CM2000. I highly recommend this product. 5 |
