Fantastic buy, as is for any Netgear product. Have always used Netgear products with never a problem. Replaced existing Netgear router, that was still working, but my modem, not netgear, stopped working so opted to replace both router and modem with a new C7000.v2 Netgear router modem combo. Best move I made in a long time. Took my new Netgear out of the box and followed the simple instructions and was up and running in less than 15 minutes. No problems. A day later noticed the WPS LED was not lit. Contacted support via the Netgear app chat feature and my problem was solved in less than 2 minutes. Great support department. Never used it before as Netgear has such a high end engineered product that support is rarely needed. But be assured, if you ever need it, It's there. Bottom line. Buy Netgear products. You can't go wrong. 5 |
