Netgear Wifi Extended Set Up

Wifi has been flaky on my Netgear R7000 since a firmware update. Plugged this in, set it up over my flaky wifi, then turned off the old wifi with almost 0 downtime. Easy.

My Netgear WiFi is the best I have ever had to satisfy my needs.

Replaced my very old Netgear cable modem. Very easy to set up. Impossible to get it wrong. Extended range with satellite is perfect. Nice looking design. Only aggravation is dealing with Xfinity to get it registered.

Bought this to use during an extended stay in a rental with public wifi shared among everyone. It's super easy to set up and doesn't cause any change in our speeds while having a built in firewall that keeps us from worrying.

I Purchased the Netgear Orbi Tri-Band Mesh WiFi 6 System to replace my Cable Providers Mesh Wifi 6 (EERO). That was not compatible with my 1 gig internet service. The set up was a bit slow, but the tech support got us though the set up. One the Orbi was up and going, it is fantastic. I like the Orbi App better than than the eero app by far. I would definitely recommend this product to any one in the market for a very reliable and fast System.

I had a Netgear Nighthawk set up in roughly the middle of our house, but we still had some places with poor WiFi performance. I saw this on one of the B&H daily specials so bought it. Setup was very easy, just run the app and plug in the central box, set a name and password and wait a few minutes for updates. The meshpoint units are easy as well, just plug them into a power outlet and they do the rest. The WiFi is now great throughout the house. In one of the previously bad spots using the same laptop I went from unreliable with the Netgear to 70 MBps. The only thing I don't know at the moment is how these units hold up over the long term.

STURDY AND EASY TO SET UP.

Not only are we happy with our NEtGear Orbi WiFi system, NetGear’s customer service tech was outstanding when I was installing it! Kudos to NEtGear!

Purchased the NETGEAR Nighthawk AC1900 WiFi Cable Modem Router as I was having constant problems with my current modem and separate wifi router. Was getting around 10 mbps upstairs and now am consistently getting over 100 mbps (comcast internet blast). Great range on the wifi with no extenders needed. Also solved issue with intermittent internet service and buffering while streaming. Very satisfied with this product.
