A stunning wide angle landscape lens on APS-C. APS-C reviews on this lens are rare. I'm using this lens on the new 80D. 22.5mm after the crop factor is perfect for wide landscape work. Images are edge to edge sharp from f/8 to f/16 and barrel distortion is minimal. Clarity, contrast, and color is excellent. These qualities are exactly what you want for pro landscape photography. If you're serious about wide angle landscape photography on APS-C, this is the right tool for the job. Don't believe the negative comments on technical reviews claiming that this lens is not worth the money over the EF-S lens options. The only advantage to the EF-S is if you need ultra-wide. This lens is probably overkill for general consumer use. The price is a bit steep. It really comes down to what you're trying to achieve and what you expect. You get what you pay for. If you need it, you need it..

I had read the great reviews, but was still surprised by how sharp, bright, and wide-angle these compact binoculars are. I own a pair of the 8x42 Zeiss Victory SF binos for comparison. One gives up some brightness and a little width in the Field of View but little else. I agree fully with the positive reviews of Fazal and Scribe. These binos are going with me much more than I had anticipated. Minor complaints - the hard case that comes with binos is a disappointment. It is too large, and the belt loop, held closed only by a weak Velcro patch is not something you could use in the field. (I got a ThinkTank Mirrorless Mover 5 which works well). The binoculars also come with no rainguard. Apparently, Opticron Compact Binocular Rainguard will fit these binoculars.

I recently bought the Fujifilm X-T2 and was looking for a good wide angle lens for landscapes. I read the reviews for the Rokinon 12mm and a few other lenses and in the end chose this one. It has a great metal construction and the f stop and focus dials are very smooth. I really fell in love with this lens when i took my first photo on the beach with it. This lens is amazing and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relatively inexpensive lens that performs amazingly.

An amazing lens. All of the reviews are correct about its remarkable performance. I love wide angle photography and this is the best wide zoom lens that I have ever used. I wish that it was smaller, lighter and cheaper but you can't have everything!

I recently purchased this lens a few weeks ago after weeks and weeks of research on Sigma lenses.!I'll admit I was a little skeptical at first. Of all the reviews I've read through numerous websites, I noticed the good reviews far outweighed the negative. I had been searching for a wide angle lens for quite some time for my photograph business as well as just for personal use. This is my first Sigma lens purchase and I must say, I'm in love. I absolutely LOVE this lens, it's flawless. The wide angle shot is gorgeous, perfect for landscape, wedding and large group photos which is what I was needing. The lens works great with both my Canon 70D and Canon 5D Mark III. I read a few reviews where people said it was hard to focus at times, I haven't had an issue so far. I used it this past weekend on a wedding that I photographed and it worked perfectly. I can not tell you how much I love this lens. I'm definitely going to buying more Sigma lenses in the near future!!

Great wide angle.

Amazing bag, very roomy, waterproof. Ignore the reviews that say this thing sheds wax, it's waxed canvas that is very lightly waxed. It's supposed to feel a little bit waxy, amazingly enough. Room for 4 lenses easily, your batteries, your memory cards, your camera, your camera manual, pens, pencils, lens cleaning kit, extension tubes, and just about whatever else you want. Stuff it to the gills, and travel. That's what it's for.

This is a great first Wide Angle lens for your canon eos camera.
