New digital cameras have so many functions and modes. After reading the written manual and having your eyes glaze over just play the DVD and get the practical story on how to operate the D7000. Very helpful to walk through the basic functions of the camera. A definite buy! 5 |

I bought this in May 2023 and used it once so far in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. It allows my wife to follow my progress on remote hikes. Although my one use took place during a group hike, we decided to put it to the test anyway and once I emerged from dense tree canopy, my progress was apparent and I was able to test the check-in feature several times successfully. It's 2023. Photos can be perfect but cameras and lens cannot. That being said, I haven't encountered any mechanical or optical issues or complaints. You will be satisfied with this purchase If you want a fast aperture 85mm lens under 1k. 5 |

In 2023, I purchased four of these cameras prior to hunting season. They were quick and easy to set up and start using. After hunting season, they went on sale and I bought two more. Now for this season, I just purchased a six pack of their refurbished cameras. Waiting for these to arrive, but looking forward to the same high quality as the original purchase. Iv had my two in the field since April 2023 They are solar no lithium battery just the cameras and they are still in the same spots to this day February 29 2024 iv only stopped by to occasionally format the SD card if set up properly definitely no issues 5 |
