My wife and I live in upstate New York and in the spring and fall we experience several severe thunderstorms. Lightning hits very close to our mobil home and a strike could just fry our computers. With this APC Battery Backup we have both CPU units, monitors and our printers plugged into the surge protection section. I feel very comfortable using our computers during a thunderstorm after purchasing this unit. At first I was apprehensive about buying this product, but I did it anyway. There were some reviews about how this mixer lowered the output to levels that would be too low for multiple computers. I did not find this to be the case at all. The product is sturdy, and has a good output for mixing multiple computers and game systems. I am stoked. 5 |
