New Sony Headphones Announced

I own the Sony A7III and was looking to upgrading a new camera, however the A7SIII is way to expensive and the other camera that Sony announced was expensive as well. Blackmagic 6k Pro was a decent price that had a lot of life quality options that I enjoy, compared to Sony's UI. Though I have invested sony lenses, this will be my main camera for short film projects while I use sony as my photography and commercial based work.

When these headphones were first announced, I knew I wanted them, yet I held off forever. After all, I already had a nice pair of noise-canceling Bluetooth headphones that I rarely used, so how often would I even use these? Well, I finally bit the bullet. And the answer to my question? All the time. The build quality of these headphones is absolutely incredible. Everything feels meticulously crafted/intentional, and it genuinely feels like a premium product. I wore these for a four-hour flight and felt ZERO fatigue/headache/heat on my head/ears. These are BY FAR the most comfortable headphones I have ever used. But let's be honest -- sound quality is the most important part! And these are PERFECTLY calibrated. While I wish that I had a customizable EQ at times, their out-of-box calibration is insane. Not to mention that the spatial audio and insane noise canceling and transparency modes make these headphones amazing for both conference calls and movie-watching. If I had to find ONE fault, it's that they don't fold or come with a protective case, but it's nothing that a $20 carrying case cannot remedy! So, if you're on the fence about these, get them RIGHT AWAY. You will NOT regret it!

I'm excited when sony announced this lens and I got mine last week. The size complements well to any a7 camera. It is a bit bigger compared to the FE 24-70mm ans smaller than 35mm F1.4. Optically the lens produces a very nice color rendition that looks like a 3D effect a typical of a Zeiss lens. Some of the reviews said that wide open at 16, there are softness in the corner which I don't really notice. Together with other sony-Zeiss lenses, this one also built in metal with plastic lenshood. This lens is perfect for landscape photography. Together with my 24-70 this is a perfect travel companion. I used the Canon and Nikon counter part of this lens and could say that this lens outshine those 2 lenses. Price wise, bit expensive than of canon/nikon but its worth it.

When this lens was announced, I hesitated, because I already had the Samyang 12 and the Sony 20 pancake. But all the reviews were crazy good, so I gave it a shot. Amazing lens. I'm no pro, and you can read the technical stuff elsewhere, but if you're on the fence, just buy it. It's my new favorite lens, and highly compliments my kit which also contains the Sigma 30 1.4 among others. Don't worry about the size or length; it's no big deal.

Very sharp like the other native Zeiss glass Sony has announced for their full frame Alpha series. At 16mm I did find a touch of vignetting at the corners but nothing out of the ordinary for a lens that wide. Super performance for the price and a must to round out the glass for your A7x body.

I love my New Marshall Major IV headphones. The sound is so clear it is unbelievable. As a drummer it really helps learning new songs because I can hear the drums so well.
