New Trent Lightning Cable Attachment Battery Pack

If you own a D3,D4s or D5 - You have to have this attachment for your D500 battery holder. I use this attachment on the Nikon MB-D17 to enable the use of the larger EN-EL18 & 18a battery. If you also have the pro bodies (D3 through D5) it will allow you to carry one type of battery for all your cameras. YES IT WORKS WITH THE D500 MB-D17 battery pack, even though it says for use with MB-D12 battery pack for the D800.

I like that they did a 3-cable pack for these.

Much better attachment clip than original. New clip helps avoid accidental loss.

If you're planning to use this cable with a battery pack, make sure the pack can supply 2.4A from it's USB port. Also, this cable does not support USB Power Delivery. I'm using a Romoss 30,000 mah battery with my RodeCaster with no issues (just make sure it's plugged into the high power USB port on the battery).

Bought a new Bolt Battery Pack aND needed a power cable. Still happy with Quantum products.

This cable gives you the full 24 you need to get from your battery pack to your BMCC. It fits snug at both ends, same sturdy quality as other cables from Switronix and the right angle end stays out of the way in all the right places. My battery pack is mounted on the back end of my rails as a counter balance for my shoulder rig. Its the perfect length for vertical or horizontal battery positions.I love this extension cable. Its a life saver in time and efficiency.

This updated battery pack from Godox includes the BT5800 lithium battery that has the USB port and power indicator. My previous two PB960's did not have this. Nevertheless, the performance of this new one lives up to the Godox reputation. The kit comes with the strap, clip and charger. What it DOES NOT have is the cable that connects to YOUR particular speedlight. I already had the Nx cable for Nikon flashes and the Cx cable for Canon flashes. These brand specific cables are sold separately by Godox. Additionally, I have used this battery pack with a Sunpak 120J - works flawlessly. For that, you will also need the Paramount CS4 cable. It is hard to find but keep digging on auction sites and you will eventually see it. Regarding speedlights: you will still need double A batteries for your speedlights. The double A's keep the LCD screen on the speedlight functioning while this PB960 powers the flash. As for the Sunpak 120J, you can power the entire flash with this battery pack. Lastly, this battery lasts forever! Simply amazing. I have been using the previous two PB960's for 10 years now and they're still powerful as ever.

We forgot to pack a spare battery or the charger on our trip to Maui. There aren't any local options on the island for Canon batteries or chargers but thankfully the local digital imaging shop had this universal charger. It is very simple to use and comes with a wall cable and car cable. Another review complained that the pins are delicate but that is mostly because of Canon batteries. They use a thin slot for the contacts so the charger has to fit in there. Just be careful and then be thankful! It charged our Canon battery and a Nikon battery from our underwater camera. It saved our trip!
