I am not a professional but an enthusiast. I felt the new canon R8 would be too much like Canon RP so I purchased the R6 Mark II and I don't regret it for a second. The camera has a great feel and takes great pictures with my RF 24-105mm L lens, RF 16mm, RF 50mm, and RF 100-400mm lens. I can't afford the Canon professional lenses but what I have works very well with this camera. I still have a lot to learn with it but I expect to enjoy this camera for quite a while.

This was added this to my newest camera. I've used them on all my bodies. Couldn't be happier!

Used it with the newest Canon 300mm L lens and it retains excellent sharpness. With this combo the focussing speed is a bit slow and frustrating if the lens hasn't been prefocussed at approximately the right distance. Nevertheless the image quality is great, particularly when compared to the II edition.

Apart from its primary use in macro photography, where it's of course quite useful, here is another one: Canon's newest extenders cannot be coupled directly, but if you put this tube in between them, they can! Not sure Canon approves, but if you do need this extra reach...

I have owned every version of this Canon lens and this newest version is an ENTIRELY different animal. I am floored by how well it performs. I used to cringe at the thought of having to shoot a double page spread with the Mk II. I knew that no matter what aperture, the corners of the shot would be mush. Fine when you're shooting an individual portrait and want it to look a little dreamy but absolutely brutal shooting a cover shot or 2x page spread with trees in the upper corners. Don't debate - just buy it. I have never been so happy about a lens purchase.

I have the HP Sprocket, the Fujifilm link, & the newest edition to tiny photos: Canon Selphy Square Q-10. Hands down, the picture quality and color is unbeatable, the others don’t even come close! And, best part- they are waterproof, and they last 100 years!

The Canon paper prints excellent quality photos from my Canon Selphy printer. This is the newest version of the paper and it has a nice professional looking quality to it. The ink cartridges print the exact number of photos as the there is paper, and it's all easy to swap out when it runs out. Great product, excellent value.

Canon's L lenses are superb. I have owned such lenses for well over 20 years. The newest line of lenses, their EF L IS series, in my experience, surpasses even their fine L lenses in the FD (manual focus) series. Canon seems to improve their lenses with each new series. My FD lenses, some of which are 30 years old, have never required any service, and continue to deliver excellent results. My newest acquisition, the 70-200 f/4 L IS, is one of the sharpest lenses I've ever owned.

Wonderful diffuser adapter for the newest Canon Speedlite, albeit a bit pricey for what you are getting. Note that you DO receive this diffuser with the 600-ex II RT speedlite, so you do not need to purchase this unless you have lost or damaged the one that came with the speedlite. I sent back the one that I purchased because there is no reason to have two of them.

I have two Canon cameras. The newest Canon Rebel and a Canon 30D. This lens works great with both cameras. I bought it so I can reduce the number of times I have to change lenses. The pictures are very sharp all across the entire range and it is adaptable to a wide range of exposure situations with the 2.8 f: stop. Image stabilization enables even night scenes to be hand held. Tripod of course is better but not always available so it's nice to be able to hand hold for a picture if needed. I can't find any fault in the lens at this point.
