This is one of two cameras I purchased for a simple security system for my home. Hik-Vision products were recommended to me by friends with experience in real-world security. Purchasing the system from B&H was a breeze, given the level of expert advice I received from their customer service reps. This camera covers our front driveway and approach to our front door. Installation was easy after watching videos on the Hik-Vision website and You-tube. I mounted it to a 1/2 thick Starboard disk I made, to cushion the camera from my stucco eaves. It provides outstanding picture quality day and night. I appreciate the color images at night. I have not yet figured out the use of the built-in speaker/mic, nor all the parameters for receiving notifications of moving objects. 5 |

I replaced my old Q-See security system with this. It works very well right out of the box. The color night vision is great, resolution is great, and the integrated microphone picks up audio very well. 5 |
