Night Owl H 264 Digital Video Recorder

I'm using this flash drive as the storage for a ClonerAlliance UHD Pro Standalone 4K H.265/H.264 HDMI Video & Gaming Recorder. The setup is working flawlessly so far.

Very, very fast.. Can record h.264 streams straight out of my Tricaster Mini with no bottlenecks. Great external drive & the Pro is worth it for assured write speeds. If you're just keeping files on it for long term you may not need the pro, but this is like a Raid drive for your PC or laptop to quickly work with files.

Been a while since I have run AMD but I am not disappointed. In Davinci resolve it can encode 1080p30 h.264 video at 3x realtime speed. It can encode 4k30 h.264 in realtime or sometimes a little faster. I didn't use the stock cooler and opted for an overkill Noctua one instead.

This little thing is super awesome! its not very bright, and i wish it had a lower codec like h.264. but it does its job and is simple and cheap! Also I hope they come out with a p-tap power option, that would be nice..

So I'm using this HD for a night owl servalence system to record video from four cameras. The HD was easy to install just plug and play. It's perfect for my use and I highly recommend this product to others. Going the route of buying the dvr and HD separate saved me about $150! Thanks B&H for having such a great product.

Above expected! MUCH better than what came with the Night Owl 1080p DVR I purchased ...

The case is being used for my SONY.. digital HD video camera recorder. It is big so that it will fix and room for digital camera, the ligths, etc... So far (4-5) producer, would like to have one now.

Purchased this system to allow TV to be watched by my night owl wife while allowing me to get some needed rest LOL. She absolutely loves these headphones and our bedroom is wonderfully silent for me. Very easy to install-Great sound and very comfortable.
