I use the MP-101 with a sony HD handcam on my 8-12ft camera jib crane. I got the shots I needed without spending 1000's on a more expensive pan tilt head that I would only occassionally use. 5 |

I own a Leica MP film camera as well as the Leica M11-P digital camera. Thanks to this diopter I can now focus my rangefinder cameras in lightening speed. 5 |

Nobody is paying attention to this little camera because it does not have the pro specs, it's not dual card slot, it's only 20.9 MP, it's a huge mount with a small sensor, full-frame is better than APS-C, the lens selections are not good, blah...blah..blah... Everyone is missing out the intention Nikon has on this camera and that is the FUN factor in photography. I have and used Nikon D7100, D810, D850, D500, and the Z7. All of them are really grate cameras. Well constructed, weather sealed, rugged, and most of all aimed for professional use. I also have a bunch of Nikon lenses that you can say are also pro grade. When Nikon first announced this camera I was not really thrilled like the way I was when they debuted the D850 and Z6/7. And like everyone before investing on a new equipment I do research first before committing. When it became available for pre-order I went ahead and took the dive of getting one. Now that I tried it I was amazed with how compact this camera is. It literally a pocketable camera like its point and shoot cousins. The capabilities in stills and video is on par with my D500 except of the size, additional features, and weight. I take this camera with me most of the time than my other ones. It's fun to shoot it. IMO it's a better alternative than using my smartphone for taking photo at least the shape is familiar for me with that DSLR/Mirrorless feeling in your hand. The size makes good use for candid and street photography because it's less noticeable and discrete. It's a well rounded camera for taking almost any kind of photography. The 20.9MP is just within the sweet spot for resolution good enough for a 13 x 19 size print out. I do not pixel peep or even scrutinize the resolution like Youtuber reviewers do because at the end of the day what matters most it your overall satisfaction with the product since you are the user. 5 |

I rely on (and recommend) B&H reviews so I want to share my thoughts on this amazing new camera. I have been shooting with the 45.7 mp Nikon D850. It's a great camera too and I was not unhappy with it, but the thought of 102 mp was more than I could resist. I just processed my first few dozen shots and I am blown away. The sharpness and depth are in a different universe from what I've had before. Some of the credit for that goes to the lens, which I'll review separately, but even the best lens on my D850 couldn't match what 102 mp gives me. The camera itself is comfortable, about the same sized weight as the D850. I spent several hours when it arrived going through all the menu items; they were essentially the same too, except that the buttons are in different places - I'll get used to that. Having a bigger sensor means you need a bigger lens diameter, so the lens is about half a pound heavier than my Nikon lenses, but still comfortable to carry. There are, I'm sure, things you can't do with a 102-mp medium format camera. It probably isn't what you want if you'r shooting on the field at the Super Bowl. But for someone like me, who does people and landscape primarily, this camera is an answered prayer. 5 |

I upgraded from the Nikon D7000 and it was worth it. 24 MP vs 16, 4k video, and also wireless control and photo downloads. The only negative is they went down to 1 card from 2. I also wish they integrated a GPS unit in the camera, since my 180 dollar Nikon coolpix has that. Otherwise a great all-round camera that is competitive in features and quality to much more expensive cameras. 5 |

I started with a black Nikon FM2, which is one of the best Nikon bodies in my opinion, and many years later bought an Leica M6. The M6 is already more than enough and I keep it. The MP has always been my dream camera. It goes beyond the M6 in its built materials. It's solid, a tank, extremily reliable. The kind of thing you'll pass to your son and he to his son. I prefer shooting with with rangefinder, that's why I moved to Leica. But these days I shot a roll with the FM2 and it was so frustating to my old memories. The camera is a lot made of plastic parts and looked fragile, loosen. The MP has everything locked in, tight, the M6 doesn't come close to that feeling. I'm not talking about the M3 because it doesn't suit me, since I shoot with 28mm and 35mm lenses. Thank you, Leica, for still making lifetime film cameras. 5 |

I use Nikon cameras. Currently my main camera is the 36 MP Nikon D 810. I compare all other cameras to it. The Zenmuse X5S comes close to matching the 810 in overall quality. Since I have used the X5S on my Inspire 2 only I'm not sure that a direct comparison is fair. However, I am very happy so far with the X5S and feel that it is a big improvement in resolution over the very good X5. 5 |

I am using an HD Digital video camera. The regular tripod head was not fluid enough for smooth tracking of sports events. This head needed a bushing to attach to my tripod. Well worth the money. I did have to permanently bond the bushing to the head to avoid it from becoming loose when rotating counter-clockwise. 5 |
