The header cable that comes with the 600d kit is quite short. This longer gives you added flexibility for placement of your ballast on set. 5 |

What a great light! It's bright, bi-color, and amazingly built. The only frustration I have is in seeing that Aputure just came out with a 600D (non-"pro" version), and I'm guessing they will do the same with the 600x soon. As far as I can tell, there isn't a lot that's different with the 600D and 600D pro (perhaps advanced DMX and Mesh controls), so I wish I would have waited another few months to save some money and weight on the potential non-pro version of the 600X. I love that Aputure is releasing so many great lights, but it's not great to have you customer base instantly regret a purchase because a cheeper version is released so soon after a purchase. But, I digress. If you need all the "pro" bells and whistles, this is the light for you! 5 |
