Nikon D3 Digital Slr Camera Body

Was looking for a remote shutter release for my Nikon D3. I am not a pro, so do not want something that is very expensive. Have already invested a lot on my camera equipment. Compared to other radio slaves this one is value for money. Nikon should have this inbuilt in the D3. This makes so much difference in the quality of the photos. Stability of the camera is enhanced further even while on the tripod. Last but not the least, for fun or while with friends/ family, you can always be in the photo. Also when out alone for a photography walk, it is good to have the flexibility to have some of your own pictures. Worth the value it delivers. I will suggest to them is to change the design a bit to make it more convenient. (FIRST) Make the 10-pin socket on the receiver itself such that it does not hang from the camera body. Let us get plugged to the body directly. Will make it less cumbersome. (SECOND) Make a hook for a lanyard with the remote and supply with a lanyard. That will make this more convenient and less risky from being lost.

I use this on a fairly large digital SLR. I was afraid the lens would be too large for the opening but it fit just fine. Without this strap the camera points down at an uncomfortable angle - the strap holds it straight and against my body so it's a lot more secure and more comfortable to carry. I'm a little worried that the extra strap around my body might be hot in the summer, but it will be worth it if the camera is more secure. However, it does have a certain dork look about it, sort of like a pocket protector.

I have a Nikon SLR D80 digital camera. purchased this 70-300mm lens have really love it.

Until now I could not find a auitable hand strap for my Nikon D3 (pro body size) that did not involve some adaptation by using brackets or plates. This OpTech hand grip works comfortably on both my D3 and D700, making my cameras feel like an extension of my arm.
