This is the 7th Nikon DSLR body I have owned starting with the D70 many years ago. I have numerous friends with high end bodies by other manufacturers but without a doubt this is the best one I have ever seen. The performance is staggeringly good! This is actually the second D850 I now own since I got tired of changing lenses all the time and the resulting sensor cleaning that that caused. There are several minor things I wish Nikon would change but none of them are deal breakers. All the good features and performance far outweigh the minor irritating design choices.

Works just fine in our Nikon D70 camera. Glad we didn't have to pay full price for a Nikon version.

I use this remote for self potraits mostly but it is useable in many other applications. It is very compact and can be carried just about anywhere. It was a great addition to my D70 DSLR because it opened up other ways to use the camera. The price is decent as well.

Tested fine with my Nikon D70. I did order a case for the remote, not knowing that it already ... with the same exact case. But, that may have very well been a case of not reading the description closely enough. Just be advised, there's no need to buy a case for the remote. Also, it's very small so it would be easily packed in your gear bag but just as easy to lose so keep it in the back of your mind where you put it. Just a thought. But it does work great...

I have been using these for many years on my Nikon DSLR cameras. Excellent protection for a good price.

I bought this remote to use with my Nikon D70 for long, low-light exposures. It took me awhile to figure out how to use it because there were no instructions with the device. But the D70 user manual provided what I needed. Once I found the instructions, it was extremely easy and does the job nicely. The only complaint is, because of its small size, I sure would like to have a way to put a lanyard on the remote so I could keep it around my neck or something. It does come with a small wallet but it's just as small as the remote so both can easily be lost.

I am using this lens on a Nikon D70 and will be switching to a D7000 shortly. I used 35, 50 and 70 mm fixed lenses almost exclusively for 30+ years but lately switched to a nice multipurpose zoom. I wanted to go back and try a fast 50mm lens and since it arrived, I have not taken it off my camera. I can't see taking it off my camera either except for sporting events or when I need a micro lens. The lens is very sharp and fast. I've had good results inside without a flash. The autofocus is very quick and precise. I'm glad I stepped up to this update of my old classic (manual focus) Nikon 50mm. This one certainly lives up to the quality I got from that lens. Hopefully it will last as long too - my other is going on 31 years of pretty hard use (but for autofocus, I'd still be using it)!
