I have an HPX250, 5 batteries, Nikon D40, extra battery, Manfrotto tabletop tripod, Marshal field monitor, Century Wide Angle Adapter, GoPro, all rear attachments, Pearstone articulating arm, Targus Grypton tripod and an Expodisc. ALL nice and snug in a custom foam case. No regrets!

I have a Nikon D40 with three lenses, and many other accessories (extra battery, charger, a lot of memory cards, cleaning stuff for my lenses, etc.), and all this gear did not fit into my old bag. I decided to buy a new one, and I chose this. It is perfect for me. It has a lot of room, I could put everything into it, and still have enough room to put another lens and a flash into the bag. There is enough space for a laptop (up to 15 inch), and for smaller electronic devices (IPOD, PSP, PS Vita, etc). I am very satisfied, and I hope, it will serve me for a long time.

Great price... I own a Nikon D40 and D90 and use the lens with both camera's. I love it! Fantastic Nikon quality as you would expect!

I am using the case for my GoPro camera all of the mounts, battery packs, extra GoPro cases and my Nikon digital camera (pocket sized). The case was larger than I really needed but works well, I can probably fit 3 more GoPro Hero cameras easily. I spent about two hours carefully cutting the foam.

Use: personal It works just fine and as described. I just had to review my Nikon D40 manual to get the camera to the proper setting in order for it to function.

I use this model plate on my Nikon D40 on an Arca Swiss Z1 ballhead with a handscrew plate mount. I previously used a generic plate with no lip on the back, which was fine for landscape shots but terrible for vertical ones. The problem was no matter how much I tightened the screw holding the plate to the camera, the camera would rotate a bit on the plate itself, making it very hard to compose shots on the tripod. I bought this plate because it has the lip in the back to prevent that. I've taken it out several times now, and it's worked flawlessly. The only thing I don't like is the allen wrench screw because I'd like to be able to put the plate on and take it off more easily. (My old plate had a simple flathead screw big enough that I could use a quarter to screw it in tightly.) But this plate is small and light enough that I always keep it on the camera, and the allen wrench fits in my camera bag anyway.
