Ninja Personal Blender Video

I use this for small cables to keep my personal computer and video cables neat in my pelican.

I use it to attach a Ninja V video recorder to my Nikon D850. Simple, works great . . . what's not to like?

I have 2 of these drives. One is in my video editing computer for editing programs and the other is on my Ninja V. Both work great.

This cage is a must for someone with a Ninja V.

This was the first recorder I bought many years ago. Just recently bought a NINJA as a backup recorder, mostly because of the price and all the hype. When I used the ninja for the first time it started to overheat after 1 hours of recording, the unit was getting hot to the touch. Then when I stopped the recording after 2 hours the file was corrupt. After using it one time I returned it and bought another Blackmagic Video Assist. Ninja was completely useless to me for LEGAL VIDEO the Ninja also feels like plastic and has a very short power cable.� The Blackmagic is solid and a perfect for LEGAL VIDEO.

I bought a Ninja V to record some video from my laptop but it failed to work with Thunderbolt 3 laptops. Once the BMD Video Assist was in stock, I replaced the Ninja with the small VA and it is working perfectly. Great interface (same as my two BMD cameras), not excessively hot even after two hours of recording. It works as a separate monitor or mirror of the screen on any of the laptops I use (MacBook Pro, MacBook Air - both Thunderbolt 3).

I grabbed several of these to give me the ability to work with 4K video though my Atomos Ninja V and they work fantastic. I bought the Atomos Master Caddy II 5 pack as well and these SSD's fit right in without any issue. The only thing about these that wasn't great is that they don't come with spacers to make them taller. Since I have all of mine installed in caddies permanently it's not a big deal for what I'm doing. The drives are nice and fast and work very well for video. I haven't had a problem with any of them so far and since they're SanDisk drives I'm sure they'll last a long time.

I liked my Z7 so much I bought a Z6 too! I wanted to get the best possible video at an affordable price and since I already had an Atomos Ninja V, the Z6 for video was a no-brainer :)
