I'm really not gamer, but I have a serious photography addiction. I often shoot 2000 to 6000 frames over a four day long weekend. The processing of these photos was compromising the effectiveness of my PC that I use for home office work needs (I am not a pro-photographer and my regular job is quite data and memory intensive.) After consulting with B&H we created my monster: the CyberPowerPC MST/RYZ7-5800X/32-1TB=1TH/6700XT/W10H. I don't even know what all of that means, but it's got 1TB of hard drive; 1TB of SSD, and we added two 10TB external hard drives to the tower. One to accept the photo downloads and the second as backup. I recently shot 6000 RAW frames over a four day shoot and downloaded them all to the 10TB external drive without a hiccup. Then I ended up sending a little less than 1500 of them to Adobe Lightroom for processing. It was accomplished easily and in less than half the download time of my work PC (16GB Ram and 1TB of Hard Drive. I had thought about turning to an Apple product for my photography, but my pro-photography friends encouraged me to stick with the PC. It works great and I couldn't be happier.

I've tried so many monitors for my use case and this is by far the best I've ever used. I use this both for PC Gaming and for work (with a connected MacBook Pro) and this monitor is the best. The built in KVM features just work as expected, so switching between PC and Mac is a breeze. The colors are insanely vibrant, it gets plenty bright (and I sit right next to a window), the refresh rate is the best I've seen - overall this monitor is amazing!
