Love the light. Hate the USB charging port. Mini USB are just planned obsolecense. Coast, can you please design a new type of charging port? Eventually, you have to hold the usb port just right for the tiny pathetic pins to connect. Please, no more of this. This is my favorite light, but I dropped mine and it died, warrantied it, and now the replacement has a 30 minute battery life and it only has one mode, but at least it has surived being dropped plenty of times. Thankfully I guess I can warranty it again. Can we get a version with increased drop protection, like silicone around all the components? Or double layer silicone + hard plastic case, for the light? Someone should make one of those.. Anyway, why use a USB port when you could have two sturdy magnetic pins? Just doesn't make sense. How about a USB port for convenience, and then a durable magnetic 2 pin port for long term use. I will stick with the light and keep warrantying it, but please, make the charging port last longer and make a protective sleeve for the light. Also, I want the front bezel to have some mean sharp DNA sampling & windowbreaking teeth. Can you make a kydex holster, too please? 5 |
