I got this on sale to use with my steam deck and nintendo switch to give me some extra room should my original 512GB SSD run out. I don't fancy messing around replacing the SSD given I'm only a casual gamer and don't play many AAA titles that need that much room. Recognised immediately and formatted without issue. I bought this because I could not find a Nintendo Switch dock in stock anywhere. I initially had issues with no display, but here is how to fix: 1. You truly do need an official Nintendo Switch power supply 2. Head to ioGear's website and download the firmware update 3. Plug the dock into a PC and update the firmware The dock should then work with your Switch! It works great! It also works great with an iPad Pro to charge and output to HDMI on a projector. For the price this little dock is perfect. The plastic does feel a little cheap, and lightweight, but it does the job well! 5 |

Bought this for my Nintendo Switch and works perfectly. It's fast enough for loading games I stored on it and haven't noticed any slow performance. Just let the Switch format it and away I went. It is true that you will see bout 366GB useable after formatting it on the Switch but that's expected and not a fault of the card but the way formatting works and it's the same with other types of cards also. I've always used SanDisk SD cards in my cameras and other devices with no issues so highly recommend this card. 5 |
