I "cut the cord" in October 2023 and bought five of these for my TVs, most of which were not smart TVs. The device is reliable and easy to use. The user interface is intuitive. Adjusting the settings to match the capabilities of individual TVs is also very easy to do. I subsequently bought two more of these devices for my RV and use them to stream content while on the road. This review is for the brand new Shogun 7 release in October 2023 with AtomosOS 11. I currently have the Ninja V which I love but I film hockey games and its sometime hard to follow the puck on the 5 screen. The new Shogun 7 makes a big difference and allows me to zoom in further but yet I can still follow the puck action. Most controls are very similar to the Ninja V so if you have used that in the past you feel right at home. Battery life isn't much worse than the Ninja V. Its a little bulkier in size but not too bad. Also you get a USB C power cable so you can plug that in and have the battery connected remotely keeping the weight down on the actual monitor. 5 |

I purchased this case in October 2023 for a new PC build and it's been great. It's absolutely stunning looking and looks like it belongs in a home theater setup. It surprisingly fit my Radeon 7900 XT, although barely since the card is so long. I cannot speak to the use of the hard drive bays, although be warned that if you have a long power supply, you will need to sacrifice one of the drive bays (I don't have any hard drives in this build, so it wasn't an issue for me personally). Cooling is great and I only am using the stock fans. I have an Intel Core i9-14900K and it does a pretty good job at moving air out of the case. Highly recommend it and would use it for future builds. 5 |
