Im very happy with this printer. I typically prefer the crisper printing, particularly with images, of an inkjet. But the cost of inkjet cartridges on my Epson was too high, so I thought I would try a color laser again. I have not been particularly happy with the color laser printers I have had in the past. However, this one is a very solid build, pulls the paper straight, prints text extremely well and graphics good enough for me. Paper curling is not bad at all and it takes additional paper trays. 5 |

I do most of my printing, scanning, and copying on my laser printer. For several years, I've been looking for a Color Inkjet Printer without the All-in-One stuff. I finally found this unit and was overjoyed. So now that I have it, here's what I know so far. It's as advertised. Setup was fairly straight forward. I've only printed one thing on it so far, and it was on plain paper, but I was surprised how nice the picture came out. I've used inkjets before, several years ago, and this seemed faster and a much better print on plain paper than I could expect. I look forward to using it with photo paper. 5 |

Having used inkjet and color laser printer and paper combinations for years, I opted to spend less on a large format printer (epson 1400) and more on the paper. To my surprise, the combination was successful. The coverage is even with no fingerprints in sight. With using the correct color profile and color management, the reproduction of color and tones are almost dead on. 5 |
