No Place To Hide Documentary Weather Underground

I use this to place lights on-location for a documentary. It works as advertised.

Working great on 500ft of cat5e in underground conduit to a remote NVR. No issues at all. (I first tried to connect the NVR without the extenders and It did not work.)

Great price. Purchased it for a documentary that was shot entirely outside and in poor weather. It held up wonderfully. I expected to need to replace it moving forward because the price is so low and I really put it through the business. It looks and works good as new even a year later. It has given me exponentially more than I expected. When this does eventually give out I will probably buy the same one again.l

I have used this primarily when shooting wildlife while I can hide so they do not see me. Also great to place camera on tripod, keeps camera nice and steady when using remote shutter release for portraits and many other uses. I had a wireless, but found it very independable.

This Dolly is superb! I used this in a recent video documentary I'm shooting in a local brewery; it was a day long shoot and the dolly performed beautifully - making it possible to shoot very smooth panning and special effect shots a breeze. It also made the shoot physically easier because I didn't have to lift the camera and tripod to move from place to place; wow what a difference! Sturdy yet lightweight for transport; fits perfectly on top of my gearbag. My only regrets; I wish had purchased this dolly before my last wedding video shoot!!! I would certainly recommend to anyone consiering a dolly for their tripod!!!

The drive is solid and, while not fast, fast enough for backing up. I'm producing a documentary film and need a place to store my video files as I shoot and shoot and shoot. The second drive serves as a mirror of the first using Super Duper on my Mac, so that I always have a master and faithful duplicate of my files. Because the drives come with a (limited) three-year manufacturer's warranty, I'm confident of the drive's build and quality. But, I'm not prepared to take chances with my files, so it's belt and suspenders for my project.
