Noco Boost Hd Manual

I first bought NOCO HD 1000 but it was not strong enough to start my SUV (2001 BMW X5 3.0) with old battery. This one worked very well. Now Im worry free.

Great audio quality. If your dslr is below the first notch on the manual audio controls, there's no noise, and with the 20db boost, it sounds like pure bliss.

I test the NOCO for my V8 car died battery and start it within a second

Pentax HD PENTAX-DA 21mm f/3.2 AL (black) A high quality lightweight pancake, moderate wide angle, very small, has useful 35mm equivalent of 31.5mm. Excellent sharpness. Has fast auto focus, with slight audible noise, but with desirable quick shift manual. Using manual focus is smooth, accurate, and short rotation. Uses 49mm filters without hood, but with the included efficient & ingenious Voightlander style lens shade which accommodates 43mm filters keeps a profile small. Appears to have very good resistance to flare. The lens has some illumination fall off, not noticeable at f/5.6.  Good close focus magnification is adequate for some subjects. Bokeh obtained at wide aperture has attractive soft focus quality. Color accuracy is superb. 3d rendering is charming & character is unique.  Wide view is useful for landscape and tight interiors.

I have never had an external HD before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I read the user manual online before starting (recommended but not entirely necessary.) I plugged in the usb cable and clicked on the icon and was ready to go. I have a MAC Mini and all I had to do was turn on time machine and it started the backup automatically. Barely bigger than a pack of cards it fits on top of my computer and looks nice too. I bought 2, one for the desktop and one for the macbook laptop that I use for different stuff. Great buy , lots of space and easy to use. It has its own diagnostics and security which I don't use but is easy to set up also. As always, B&H was wonderful to deal with and fast shipping. GREAT DEAL ALL AROUND!

This is the best HD camcorder for the money, hands down. We bought two of these cameras to do automotive how-to videos as well as entertaining videos for the internet. Our business is classic car parts. Thanks to this camera, our videos look professional. Touch screen interface takes a while to get used to, but it's not bad. There are actually more manual controls than I thought there would be. You can do manual white balance, view audio levels, and you can manually set exposure and focus on the touch screen, but of course you can only do one at a time. One of the other main reasons for buying this camera is that it has a microphone terminal, and headphone terminal. We run a wireless mic system and it works great. The dynamic image stabilization is amazing for handheld work, but on a tripod I would suggest setting the stabilization to standard to get the full-frame resolution and also to avoid the 'slide-back' effect when doing a smooth pan and stopping. It also does surprisingly well in low light. Overall I would highly recommend this camera as an affordable, but very capable HD camcorder.

Having been a Canon photographer for years, I was not suprised when I opened the box and began reading the manual. This little powerhouse delivers digital SLR level amenities in a handheld package. From full manual settings to very intuitive auto programs, it seems to cover the full range of photographer needs. The flash is more than adequate for this level of camera. The IS really works! I love that this camera can get down to the sub-4.0f range. This happens in no small part because of the oversized lens opening, which is unique for a handheld of this size. My only wish is that the HD video might produce a slightly larger output, but if I really need that, I'll go to an HD Camcorder. Shutter recovery is fast and it's ready to shoot again quickly. All in all, very happy with this new powerhouse from Canon.

This is my 2nd Ax53 as my first had repair costs after 7 years that it made more sense to buy a new one. I use this camera for my video production. Sometimes as my main camera...others as my B cam. Everything about this unit is 1st class. I shoot all manual so being able to use the focus ring for manual exposure allows me to adjust as needed throughout each shoot. The autofocus is dead on zero hunting. It locks in perfectly. I shoot everything in 4k and edit on an HD timeliness. SD cards are so cheap now. In addition to HD it has Avchd format which would make no sense to shoot in on this camera. The zoom rocker ulis excellent.i can get an extremely slow zoom verily easily as I use this alot on my stage performances.Batteries last 2.5 hrs and are inexpensive. I can even get a nice depth of field when I'm tight on a subject. Overall you won't be disappointed with the performance of this camera for multiple applications.i also utilize the mic input with a deity video mic.Excellant audio. Lest I forget the steadyshot on this camera is very fluid as the motion is very fluid and steady if your walking at a pace. And having a headphone jack for monitoring is a must. I can absolutely recommend this camera for a number of applications. Lastly the lowlight performance on this camera has fared well for me with no grain

I started charging my NOCO GB70 with the standard USB input to test the charging. That worked to charge partially. I then plugged in the XGC4 to see how the charge continued. Wow, this charged the remaining (to full) charge in a short period of time. Very much faster than the USB. Glad I decided to purchase this charger. I am very happy with the purchase. Highly recommended.

Haven't used it yet. Emergency preparedness device. Do love how NOCO has accessory cable that allows me to avoid having to use those strong clamps. Just hook the eyelet cables to the battery permanently and plug in the NOCO boost if/when needed. Or, with the proper adapter on the cable, plug in my NOCO Genius5 to maintain the battery on a seldom driven car. NOCO rocks. Great customer support, too.
