Not Getting Safe To Remove Usb Flash Drive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Samsung USB-C flash drive about 2 years ago now. This is my safe haven for all of my life's precious moments. It's sturdy and compact for how much it can hold. I've never had a corrupted file that caused me to format the drive and loose everything, which happened on a few San****. Rest assured your information is safe with this product.

Update can be done without old CPU with USB flash drive only.

We are using a flash drive to store and playback videos on a portable projector. I tried with a USB 3.0 Flash Drive, thinking the newer version was better. But the projector had a different idea. I learned from the professionals at B+H that this unit requires an older USB 2.0 Flash Drive. I never would have thought of that but sure enough, when I used this Verbatim 64G Ergo USB 2.0, the projector recognized the videos and played them flawlessly.

I bought this Flash Drive as a traveling backup for my photos. Typically, I take between 100Gb and 200Gb of photos on a trip so this gives me plenty of space. The small size is ideal as is the light weight. I connected it to my MacbookPro USB-C using a Uni 4 port USB-A to USB-C hub with no problems.I ran a quick test when I received the drive and it took 2 minutes to transfer just over 15Gb (212 files) from my MacbookPro to the drive. So it's pretty fast. It took just two days to get here (Arizona) from B&H and was cheaper than buying from Amazon. So I'm a happy camper.

Just the ability to remove/insert without having to actually touch a flash drive is a great feature. Mounted by device on edge and marked every other button with white tape to fit my style of usage. Works great for me.
