Not Using Time Out Effectively In The Classroom

VERY WELL MADE AND THOUGHT OUT PRODUCT , IM GOING TO BE USING THIS FOR VIDEO AND TIME LAPSE FOOTAGE FOR A MOVIE I HAVE IN THE WORKS IVE ALREADY SET IT UP WITH ALL MY CAMERA GEAR ON IT AND ON TWO LIGHT STANDS ITS FLAWLESS AND SMOOTH

Using this as an instructor in Zoom classroom meetings and recording lectures. I don't have experience with microphone setup, and it took me a couple of Google searches to get it adjusted. Once I got it set up the sound was very good and got rid of all the other room noise and friendly family sounds. I also enjoyed the good price. Including photos of the side switch (official name mode switch?) and of testing with headset plugged in. My setup (for now): taped to the top of the iMac, tilted towards my voice, staying about a foot or closer. I ended up setting the GoMic's side switch to the middle setting. I tested this out with Zoom's Test Microphone and Speaker. So if you're new to this like me, hope this gives you some ideas.

This teleprompter is well made, and does the job, simply and effectively. We like that it's separate and doesn't affect the camera. Using the iPad means the speed of the scroll is not adjustable, but that can be worked around. We love it!

Out of the box it just worked. Using it to power the MacBook and send video to an external monitor is flawless. Adding any peripherals doesn’t seem to slow it down. And compared to other docks it stays relatively cool. Not cold, it’s still very much warm to the touch but it’s not blazing hot like others. It’s also fairly compact for the number or ports it provides so it’s just perfect for me.

Arrived on time, just when we needed it. It's great not having to go OUT to get ink.
