I have loved Nvidia graphics cards for decades and always buy Asus branded ones when I can. They have always been great hardware. This GTX1650 card is no exception. I got it because my older card wouldn't run Red Dead Redemption and this card runs it great...

I use ON1 Photo RAW as my photography software and it is a power hog. The NVIDIA graphics card is able to handle this and other photography programs with lightening speed.

The 6800 XT is in a sweet spot right now for 1440 gaming. If you find this card for $520-$560 you will not regret a purchase. The Nvidia 3080 offers essentially the same level of performance but costs approx $200 more. Any 6800 XT is good, but this ASUS model is a slice above the rest. Very well made with better than average cooling. If you want a quiet experience, AMD's Adrenaline software has a push button undervolt setting that works very well with almost no noticeable drop in performance. But this card also overclocks well if you don't mind the fan noise. People complain about AMD drivers, but don't believe the haters. That is a thing of the past. If you are considering a mid-tier card within the next year, this is a great buy right now. You can wait and see if AMD's mid tier next gen (i.e. RX 7600) will be a better proposition, but that might be a year from now. If ray tracing, streaming and some production programs are a priority for you, consider Nvidia, as they do it better, but you will pay more. The 6800 XT can still do ray tracing satisfactorily at 1440p in most games. (For example. I play Shadow of the Tomb Raider at max settings, with ray-traced shadows, and it is solid 60fps). 4K might be pushing it though for ray tracing. Overall a great buy you will be very happy with.

Awesome Graphics card!! Barely fits inside my mid size tower, make sure you do your measurements. This blew my precious 6800xt out of the water. I’m so happy I went with this upgrade. This graphics card is a higher, mid tier card at a value for your dollars. It provides a much needed 16GB of DDR6 RAM to speed up your workflow. I use it with my Ontel i9 14900k CPU amd have it on an Aero G motherboard. Also by Gigabyte. The ease and conveyance of tuning or simply changing parameters such as it's RGB color sequence to synchronize with the motherboard & system RAM is a joyful experience. I highly recommend this GPU for any serious creators and video editors among you.

I had been nursing along a mid 2010 unit. Add SSD drives, metal graphics card and other goodies. Got tired of the slow performance in Lightroom and Photoshop. Problem solved, but DARN they are expensive.

I wanted a small form workstation but needed NVIDIA graphics and this is working well for me.
