Connected an NVMe SSD 2GB and installed on my HPZ440, my pc is now amazingly fast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking to upgrade the storage in my gaming pc for months from an old hard drive to something faster. I have been looking at the 500GB NVMe M.2 SSD for quite a while and decided to finally get the upgrade and the difference this makes on the startup and loading times is insane! It used to take me up to a minute or more to get my pc loaded up and ready for use, now with this new SSD windows is loaded up, programs ready, and files accessible in under 10 seconds! It was one of the easiest things to install, it's as easy as opening up your pc, plugging the stick into the NVMe slot on your motherboard (as long as you have the slot for it) and place the screw to hold it in and BAM! your incredibly fast storage is ready to be used! I could not recommend you this more if you are looking for a good storage upgrade with extremely fast speeds. I

I use this as a storage drive on my home PC, with my main drive an NVMe ssd. So speed isn't much of a concern (5400 rpm vs 7200) and it should be pretty reliable. Plus it is very quiet. Finally, family of Seagate drives offer good value for the $ in general, and B&H had the best price I could find, so overall I am quite pleased so far.

First time building my own PC, I used this case with PCpart picker and it fits everything perfectly. It's got a wonderful little back panel section to run wires through a non-visible section of the case that helps make everything inside look nice and pretty. Seems super durable, all the sensitive (glass and plastic) surfaces come with plastic on them to protect them while shipping. Super solid feeling and honestly just feels like a high quality case. Steal of a deal!

This SSD is really fast and my games load up way faster than before with HDD. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been looking to upgrade my current gaming PC and was very pleased to find out that it had a second available slot for this 500Gb SSD. I figured it will be perfect way to a boost for gaming or a seamless workflow for heavy graphics, the 980 is a smart choice for outstanding SSD performance - and it's all backed by an NVMe interface and PCIe 3.0 technology. The install was very easy, as they say "plug and play". You can use the optional Samsung Magician software with it which is pretty neat and useful as well. The drive itself states read speeds up to 3500Mb/s however after doing some testing I was not able to replicate that kind of speed, however all the applications loaded up quickly and after doing some transfers back and forth, it worked amazingly fast. If you still use a spinning drive I would absolutely recommend replacing it with this SSD drive (or even better with a Pro version of it), you will see your OS boot up in seconds, read and write speeds will be quick which will improve your work flow. Samsung is a reliable brand for SSD media and this NVMe M2 is an awesome alternative to any other competition in this area. I received this product at a discounted price for my honest opinion.
